Introducting the i5 Framework

‘A Frame maketh the art’, a Framework maketh the methodology.

It is the rule of thumb in the speaking and consulting world that anyone worth their salt needs a framework, blueprint and a methodology that they make their own. I am in harmony with this reasoning and have, over the years, developed many different models, frameworks and methodologies. A lot of these are now contained in books and keynotes that have been delivered to many thousands of participants.

So, as we take a peek at one of my latest releases, the i5 Framework, it is with great confidence that this one, as simple as it may seem at first, contains great depth and insight with huge possibilities for deep impact.

The i5 framework has just 5 words: Ideate, Innovate, Incubate, Initiate and Impact. Each offers its own keynote and detailed models to achieve its purpose. But this framework can also be interpreted as the Why, What, How and Now for deep Impact. This then takes on a more meaningful purpose within a corporate or business. Using this framework and associated models, guides and leads any team, business or corporation towards sustainable impact for the good of all.

This entire framework and associated models are all grounded on the firm foundation of the 7 Principles of Sustainable Impact that have governed almost everything we do and have done over the past 7 years.
